THE AMIGADOS 'DELETE' ('d') FILE ATTRIBUTE

The 'deletable' attribute is used to indicate that a file can be deleted
using the AmigaDOS 'delete' command (or any other command or operating
system call which provides the same functionality).  If the 'deletable'
attribute is not set, then the file cannot be deleted.
