'-f' - IGNORE FILENOTES

If this option is enabled when compressing, then LZX will not store filenotes
in the archive.  If enabled when extracting, then LZX will not restore
filenotes to the extracted files.

There is no need to disable filenotes, even if archiving for other platforms;
if the other platform does not support filenotes, LZX (on the other platform)
will simply ignore the filenote.

This option is disabled by default.

This option is valid with the following commands:

   a (add)
   e (extract)
   f (freshen)
   r (replace)
   u (update)
   x (extract)
